Overview
The Financial Planning Committee is responsible for oversight of the RAAC budget, expenditures and disbursements, and intake of any and all funds.
Duties & responsibilities
- Pre-approve expenditure of funds by committees and activities so that they do not need to request funds from the Board unless their requirements exceed the pre-approved levels.
- Determine by how much RAAC resources exceed our requirements so that we know how much is available for new initiatives.
- Determine requirements, if any, for fundraising initiatives.
- Submit completed budget plan to Board in May for Board approval in June.
