RAAC Movie – When Harry Met Sally
RAAC’s January movie is the critically acclaimed 1989 romantic comedy, When Harry Met Sally. Directed by Rob Reiner and starring Billy Crystal, Meg Ryan, Carrie Fisher, and Bruno Kirby, the film follows the title characters from the time they meet in Chicago and share a drive to New York City, through twelve years of chance encounters, and addresses the question, “Can men and women ever just be friends?”
Written by Nora Ephron, the film received the BAFTA Award for Best Original Screenplay. Ranked as one of the top comedy films in American cinema, other accolades include Academy Award, WGA Award and Golden Globe nominations.
