RAAC is offering a Sip and Soul evening (a variation of its popular Soup and Soul events) at Quievremont Winery. An after-dinner event rather than a pot-luck supper, Sip and Soul will include savory and sweet bites along with wine and other beverages, and will continue the Soup and Soul tradition of presentations by and conversation with local artists about their work and their creative process. This event will feature Celtic musicians Linn Barnes and Allison Hampton who live in Rappahannock and have performed together nationally and internationally for the past forty years, including local appearances at the Kennedy Center, the Smithsonian, Folger Theatre, Dumbarton Concert series, etc. as well as venues across this country and European concert tours.
