RAAC kicks off its 40th anniversary year with a special community concert, featuring a stellar lineup of musicians who call Rappahannock County home. The featured songwriters/performers in the round include Kiaya Abernathy, Paul & Cheryl Reisler, Miranda Hope, and Ben Mason.
